The delivery functions at the Global IT Services struggled meeting the business expectations and scaling resources for delivery of demands in time. The client also faced challenges of how to implement and execute the new Data Management Strategy.
iwow helped the Global IT Service to establish principles and ways of working with Roadmap. The Roadmap was used both for resources planning but also for alignment with the Data management strategy. iwow were also a big part in developing new ways of communication between the business stakeholder and the Global IT Services.
In addition to the Roadmap work and establishing new ways of communication, iwow was also part of developing and piloting the Data Innovation Arena, aiming to test and evaluate new ideas and opportunities in an effective way and shorten the time from locating an idea to starting up an initiative.
